God of War Director Cory Barlog often tweets about all sorts of things and with the PlayStation Showcase on the horizon, which is rumoured to include God of War Ragnarok gameplay, Barlog has started to tease the reveal with simple God of War gifs.
From time to time, Barlog's replies include tweets like "The Witcher 3 better" or "God of War 1 better" or better. You get the point.
Barlog usually ignores these just like most game devs do, but this time, he actually replied. One Twitter tried to bait Barlog with "Witcher 3 better", to which God of War director replied that The Witcher 3 is actually better because it's brilliant.
"Yeah, that’s because that game is fucking brilliant," Barlog tweeted.
Many God of War fans probably won't agree with the man but on the other hand, there are plenty of those who would say that he is speaking facts. While I think both games are great, The Witcher 3 holds a special place in my heart, so yeah, I prefer Geralt's adventure.
As for Cory's comment, we somehow doubt he would tweet something like "No, God of War is better" simply because he does not want to disrespect his fellow developers at CD Projekt Red, so this tweet, praising The Witcher 3, is expected, we would say.
