According to the latest rumours, Control and Alan Wake developer Remedy Entertainment may be working with Sony on a brand new PlayStation 5 exclusive game.

At the moment, Remedy Entertainment have several unannounced projects in the works and by the looks of it, the studio decided to partner up with various publishers to deliver their new games. We know that they have been working with Microsoft on CrossfireX, there are also two projects with Epic Games, one of them could be Alan Wake 2 and there's a couple of other projects that are under the veil of mystery.

According to the latest rumours, one of the projects from Remedy Entertainment could be for Sony's PlayStation 5 console.  The rumour surfaced on Reddit , explaining that Sony and PlayStation staff have been sharing some job offerings from Remedy via their social media channels, which they also did for Housemarque and Sumo Digital when the studios started production on Returnal and Sackboy, respectively.

Additionally, industry insider Shpeshal Ed commented on the rumour via Twitter, saying that it is indeed real and that it might be a full PlayStation 5 exclusive, not a timed deal. "As far as I’m aware. This rumour is real. Not 100% sure but I think this one might be full [exclusive]."

As always with rumours and leaks, take it with a grain of salt, just like any other unconfirmed report or speculation.
