Call of Duty: Black Ops 7 promises to bring one of the biggest and most varied multiplayer packages yet. From the start, there will be a "robust suite" of Core, Hardcore, and Alternate modes to choose from, so there are many options for all players to jump into straight away. Persistent lobbies will also be featured at launch, which should reduce downtime between matches by keeping the same groups of players together from game to game.
Old favorites Team Deathmatch, Domination, and Search & Destroy will all return, as well as some new modes including Overload and Skirmish. Hardcore modes will also be present at launch, with low health, reduced HUD elements, and friendly-fire on.
There will be plenty of options to keep playing even after the launch months, as well, with "additional playlists and time-limited content" as Activision and Treyarch planned for the Preseason before Season 01 arrives later this year.
