Gearbox Software rolled out several updates since Borderlands 3 released but this is the first one where all four Vault Hunters were rebalanced, at least a little bit.
Moze received the most changes in the latest Borderlands 3 update as her Bloodletter class mod allowed for "overwhelming synergies", meaning she mostly got nerfed. The class mod got kicked in the jewels, with the recharge delay increase by 150 per cent while the recharge rate was cut in half.
Close the Distance was previously bugged and would not let Action Skill Augment deal Shock Damage. This should no longer be the case and this is the only positive change Moze received this patch. Meanwhile, Means of Destruction received a re-trigger delay of 0.3 seconds.
Unlike Moze, Amara received some love. Gearbox focused on making her more versatile. Alacrity bug that wouldn't award reload speed each rank was fixed so if you kept only one point in it, now might be the time to remedy the situation.
In case you happen to have not-so-great aiming abilities, it will be easier to use Phasegrasp now. The ability's range has been increased and the cooldown will automatically finish if the player misses. Basically means you can spam the ability until it lands.
Fl4k's Leave No Trace ability seems to have suffered too much with the long delay, much like Moze's Means of Destruction. This one's re-trigger has been normalised to 0.3 seconds as well.
Zane was not as good as other Vault Hunters in late game and Gearbox seem to be still working on making him able to compete. Death Follows Close will update several Kill Skills for the operative, which should help him keep the momentum.
