Borderlands 3's second anniversary is entering its fourth week and moving on to a new planet. Nekrotafeyo will serve as the final backdrop for the Loot the Universe event.
Gearbox' festival honouring two years of utter Borderlands-style Mayhem is moving on from Eden-6. The party bus' next stop will be Nekrotafeyo and the change-up will happen via an update. Expect better drops, areas where you can score some specific types of Legendary loot and more as Borderlands 3's anniversary Loot the Universe event nears its conclusion.

Borderlands 3 anniversary - additional events
The mayhemific five-week-long anniversary celebration will end with seven days of Mayhem Made Mild and Show Me the Eridium events. The two will take place at the same time, starting on Thursday, September 9, 2021, at 16:00 GMT.
- Mayhem Made Mild: Players only encounter Easy modifiers in Mayhem Mode
- Show Me the Eridium: Increased drops of the purple stuff and Eridium item discounts.
More birthday surprises are coming up on September 13 and the legendary party will truly come to an end on September 16.
