Arc Raiders patch 1.6.0 is available now across all platforms, tackling several exploits and collision issues across maps. The update, which weighs in at 1.2GB on Steam, removes the Stella Montis zipline exploit allowing out-of-bounds access, fixes Blue Gate vaulting bugs, and closes a Spaceport Launch Tower wall gap enabling shots through geometry.
Material issues preventing objects from properly blocking bullet fire and ARC vision have been corrected, addressing gameplay inconsistencies where cover didn't function as intended.

Holiday break and Cold Snap update
Embark team also announced that they will be taking a holiday break to rest and recover. The plan is to return in January to continue working on content updates. Embark say they will monitor and address critical issues during this period but won't deploy major patches until the new year.
The next significant update - Cold Snap, which brings wintery landscape to the game - arrives Tuesday, December 16, with additional fixes and new content, though specific details are yet to be revealed.
Shifting to Tuesday updates
Addionally, Embark Studios announced patch cadence changes moving forward. Updates and store rotations shift from Thursdays to Tuesdays, abandoning the weekly schedule adopted since launch. The developer explained weekly patches aimed to address critical issues quickly whilst the team ramped up post-launch support, but that aggressive pace isn't sustainable long-term.
"Our goal is to continue to investigate and fix critical issues as soon as we can, but it will not be on a weekly cadence," the studio stated.
