Pokemon GO players can now hatch a bunch of Galarian and Alolan Pokemon from 7 km eggs. These Pokemon will be hatching from the 7 km eggs until further notice.
Pokemon GO's Throwback Challenge event has ended today, June 8, 2020, at 1:00 p.m. local time. This means that the following Pokemon will be hatching from 7 km Eggs until further notice:
- Galarian Meowth
- Galarian Zigzagoon
- Galarian Darumaka
- Galarian Stunfisk
- Alolan Sandshrew
- Alolan Vulpix
- Alolan Diglett
- Alolan Meowth
- Alolan Geodude
- Alolan Grimer
Pokemon GO's Throwback Challenge 2020 Special Research is still ongoing. In fact, this Special Research won't be time-limited and can be unlocked and completed at any time.
If you complete all four sets of tasks in this Special Research you'll earn:
- Five Rare Candies.
- Reward encounters with Galarian Meowth, Galarian Stunfisk, and Genesect.
- Professor Willow’s glasses.
You can also purchase a ticket for the Throwback Challenge Celebration 2020 Special Research in the shop if you haven't been able to complete the four Timed Research lines.
Next week, Pokemon GO will be having its solstice-themed event which will run from Friday, June 19, 2020, at 8:00 a.m. to Wednesday, June 24, 2020, at 10:00 p.m. local time.
The week after that, The Bug Out event will kick off on Friday, June 26, 2020, at 8:00 a.m. and end on Wednesday, July 1, 2020, at 10:00 p.m. local time.
Tomorrow's Pokemon Spotlight hour will be all about Patrat and you’ll earn twice the XP for evolving Pokemon. The Spotlight hour starts on June 9, 2020, at 6:00 p.m. local time.
