It's essential to understand that access to higher-quality ships is restricted until you attain the requisite Infamy level. For instance, to construct rank 5 ships, achieving at least the Corsair level of infamy is necessary, which involves undertaking missions and accumulating XP.
Next, acquiring the blueprints can be accomplished by completing missions, although this may entail some waiting. Alternatively, if you wish to obtain the blueprints sooner, you can expedite the process by tracking the mission and identifying the vendor from whom you can purchase the blueprint.
The third step involves collecting the necessary materials. Once you've tracked the materials, keep a record of your inventory and the items you still require. Planks and ingots can be crafted in the Refinery using the corresponding raw materials and some currency. Additionally, more unique materials can be located in various settlements or trading posts.
