Developed by Ubisoft Singapore, Skull and Bones is a third-person tactical action game inspired by Assassin's Creed: Black Flag. Players can navigate the Indian Ocean in singleplayer, or go for PvP with up to five other players.
Developers from Ubisoft booked the arrival of Skull and Bones on Valve's Steam platform in the second part of August, 2024.
The pirate multiplayer game Skull and Bones is coming to Steam on August 22 this year, Ubisoft announced. Until now, the PC version of the game was only available through Ubisoft Connect and the Epic Games Store.
Although this is not a cause for rejoicing because the game did not delight the public with its contents, it will be interesting to see the version on Steam because only there are publicly available statistics related to active players.
According to unofficial information, Skull and Bones failed to attract more than a million players upon release, but Ubisoft boasted that those players who play the game spend up to four hours a day sailing on the ocean.
The game is currently in its second season as far as additional content is concerned, and Ubisoft has plans for at least two more seasons.
Skull and Bones is available with cross-play and cross-progression on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/S, Amazon Luna and PC through the Epic Games Store and Ubisoft Connect.
