Senua's Saga: Hellblade 2, the latest action adventure from Ninja Theory and Xbox Game Studios, is a game that mostly recycles the same puzzles from the first Hellblade game, with the addition of a couple of new ones.
One of the new ones is the puzzle that features a mirroring environment in which you must combine different directions to carve yourself a path throughout certain levels inside the game.

How to solve Hiddenfolks' test puzzles in Senua's Saga: Hellblade 2
The first puzzle of this kind that will be introduced to you will be the one that serves as a tutorial, but even if it seems very simple, it can still be quite perplexing due to the game's nature of not holding your hand when it comes to solving puzzles and finding collectibles.
However, during Senua's quest to find Hiddenfolks, special kind of people that can help her defeat giants, she will come across many of such puzzles that will be a bit harder than the first one. To solve those puzzles, you must do two things: you must find three balls hidden in the area, and you must change the environment using your focus command to access areas that keep those balls hidden.
The first ball is usually the easiest one to collect; the second and third will be a bit harder. However, all you have to do is notice a water drop-like object and approach it enough until it changes shape.
Hit the focus button and what was up will be down and vice versa. This will create alternate paths for you to reach previously unreachable areas and to pick up the remaining balls. Once you pick up a ball, return it to the central pillar. When you return all three, the puzzle will be solved.
