To expand the number of amulet slots in Lies of P, your first step is to gain access to the P-Organ, a unique machine where you can unlock new skills for your character. The P-Organ becomes accessible as soon as you secure Geppetto's release from captivity.
To augment the number of amulet slots, you must unlock a specific set of skills. The skill tree within the P-Organ is organised into five phases, and several of these phases provide the opportunity to expand your amulet slots; the earliest one is located inside phase two.
To access a skill, you must acquire a special material in the game world known as quartz, which can be obtained as drops from certain bosses and mini-bosses. Unlocking a new skill phase requires unlocking two skills from the preceding phase, and each skill necessitates two quartzes. Therefore, to expand your amulet slots, you'll need six quartz in total: four to unlock the second phase and two more to unlock the specific skill that adds a new slot.
