The next guide in our series of Lies of P guides is regarding the game's unique weapon-combining mechanic. As the name suggests, this feature allows you to take two weapons and assemble them into one that includes certain aspects of both weapons.
It's an interesting concept that is introduced fairly early in the game. If you're wondering where to find the NPC to help you assemble weapons, we'll help you with that in this guide.

How to assemble weapons in Lies of P?
To unlock the weapon assembly mechanic in Lies of P, you'll have to progress through the story until you meet a female NPC called Eugenie. She can be found in Hotel Krat, a building that you reach shortly after you beat the tutorial boss. Additionally, you will be able to do weapon combining at Stargazers too, so you don't have to travel back to the hotel every time you want to assemble some weapons.
Once you talk to her, Eugenie will offer to upgrade your weapons, alert handles and assemble two weapons to create a new unique weapon. You can combine a weapon's blades and handles so for example, you can take a handle from a long weapon like a spear and combine it with a blade from a light sword to create a weapon that's long but also not too heavy.
There are hundreds of possibilities when it comes to weapon combining so the rest is up to your imagination and obviously playstyle.
And that's how you combine weapons in Lies of P. We certainly recommend you play around with some weapons and try to come up with something that can suit how you approach combat.
