A Riot Games' employee revealed the new changes for the 10.8 patch and we could see some shifts in the meta for the ADC position. Even though some of the initial buffs were reverted, we'll probably see most of the other changes go through.
Riot Games' lead gameplay designer, Mark Yetter has tweeted some information on the upcoming patch 10.8 and it seems like there will be some big changes to the AD carry role. After our top and mid lane lists, it is now time for the best ADC lineup that was put together according to the changes introduced with the new patch.
S tier :
- Miss Fortune
Even though there are some significant ADC changes, Miss Fortune will remain the queen of the bottom lane. She has no clear weaknesses at any stage of the game. Her lane dominance and ability to manage team fights can't be matched by any other AD Carry at the moment.
A tier:
- Ezreal
- Xayah
- Caitlyn
- Vayne
- Kai'Sa
- Draven
- Lucian
We could be slowly heading back to the last season's Kai'Sa - Xayah ADC meta, considering the fact that they are slowly getting tuned up with each patch.
B tier:
- Varus
- Tristana
- Senna
- Jinx
- Ashe
- Jhin
- Kog'Maw
Senna will get nerfed again but that's not the main reason why she's dropped to the B tier. The fact that a number of other AD carries like Draven, Kai'Sa, and Xayah are getting buffed repeatedly is the main reason why she can't find her place in the A tier anymore. At least in the AD carry position.
C tier:
- Aphelios
- Corki
- Twitch
- Kalista
- Sivir
Seems like the Aphelios nerfs just keep on coming. This is probably due to his competitive viability, considering that even after a number of nerfs, he's still one of the top ADC champions in pro play.
