The biggest emphasis of Indika, the latest action adventure from 11 Bit Studios, is without doubt very well-crafted puzzles that will put your puzzle solving abilities to the real test. If you love a good puzzle or two, then Indika is the game for you.
During the segment of the game when you reach into the big city and make your way towards the cathedral, you will come across a huge crane and movable arch wall that will help you cross the rooftops to the opposite side.
If this puzzle is giving you a headache, we have a guide that will show you how to solve it without too much fuss.
How to solve the crane puzzle in Indika
Once you reach the crane, Ilya will automatically take control of the nearby lift, and the first thing you should do is to enter the lift and command him to send you down to the crane. When you reach the crane, take control of it, and it is time to make a little rearrangement of the arch walls here.
Two walls can be interacted with, so take the one that has two arches, and once you lift it all the way up, press the indicated button to rotate it once. Now put this wall in the gap close to Ilya. Keep in mind that this wall must be rotated to prevent the next one from falling too deep into the gap.
Now, take the other wall, the one with only one arch, and put it on the previously set wall; if you tried to put this wall on its own, it should fall in too deep, and if you try to jump down on it, you will meet your demise. Putting the one-arch wall on the two-arch one will make the passage to the opposite side of the rooftop.
You will know you did everything correctly if Ilya decides to leave the lift control and make his way across, but not before you command him to bring you up using the lift. Once you do that, follow him over to progress further. If you are still confused about how to set the walls to make a bridge, see the picture above; it will show you how it must stand.
