Hollow Knight Silksong Fourth Chorus boss fight

As the name suggests, the Fourth Chorus is the fourt main boss in Hollow Knight Silksong. Here's how to beat this giant robot like foe.

Fourth Chorus is the fourth main boss in Team Cherry's latest metroidvania hit Hollow Knight Silksong. By the time you reach this boss, you should already have pretty good understanding of the game and it's combat mechanics and early game skills.

Still, if you're not quite there yet and find this boss a bit on the tougher side, here's a guide to help you out.

How to beat Fourth Chorus in Hollow Knight Silksong?

Fourth Chorus is a pretty straightforward boss and it's more about staying calm than anything else. The boss has only a couple of moves and once you remember these, the fight will become a cakewalk.

The first move he usually starts with is the arm swipe attack, which you can avoid by jumping over his arm. His arm will have a short white glow before this attack, which will be your signal to prepare for jump.

Jumping is pretty much eveything you'll do in this fight. Jumping and pressing attack of course. Basically to defeat this boss, jump towards his head and attack with the upwards slash. It's really as simple as that. Once you deal enough damage, Fourth Chorus will fall down to the ground when you can hit him a couple of more times. You'll have to do this three times to get his HP very low and finish him off with a couple of more shots.

As for his other attacks, he has a slam attack that will destroy the ground you're standing on but these are easy to predict and see which one out of the three parts he'll destroy. Simply jump to the next one and you'll be fine. Even if you drop into the lava with enough health, it's not the end of the world as the game will respawn you immediately, allowing you to continue the fight.

And last one is when he starts dropping flaming rocks from the sky. I recommed you strike his head as much as possible during this attack since avoiding these rocks is a fairly simple task.

And that's pretty much everything there is to this boss. It's a simple fight that will mostly test your thumb which you'll use for jump and attack buttons almost every second of the fight.
