Potions are a very important part of the Harry Potter universe which means you'll get to brew your own mixes in Hogwarts Legacy. So, here's everything you need to know about that.
How to start with potions in Hogwarts Legacy?
Early in the game, you'll take a Potion Class with Professor Sharp, who will teach you how to make potions. From there, you will be free to make potions on your own by learning new recipes and finding the necessary ingredients.

Where to buy potion recipes and ingredients in Hogwarts Legacy?
Hogsmead is the place where you'll find all the necessary stuff for potion-making. Go to Hogsmeade and visit J. Pippin's Potions Shop. It's marked on the map so you can't really miss it. There, you'll find potion recipes which are required if you want to learn to make that potion on your own. Also, you can buy potion ingredients there but the shop is obviously not the only place to get these. You can also find them in the wild while exploring the lands, forests and caves in Hogwarts Legacy.
