Have you gone across and beyond San Andreas state collecting action figures, only to figure out you are missing a few that won't spawn? We might have an answer for you.
Action figures are a collectible in Grand Theft Auto Online that was added with the Diamond Casino update in September of 2019.
Collecting them is not necessary for the 100% completion of the game, but if you have a collector's spirit, this is obviously on your to-do list. Each collected figure is rewarded with 1000$ in cash and 1k of RP, and an additional 50.000$ once you collect all the figures.
But what if some are missing?
As for the in-game behavior, sometimes the solution is simple as restarting the game and visiting the action figure location again.
Action figures also might not spawn if you have a wanted level, or if you entered the nearby area with a shootout either with NPCs or other players. Figures can also glitch if you enter some areas right after completing a mission.
On the other hand, if you tried everything above, and none helped, then you are probably dealing with the 97/100 glitch.
The glitch has been reported by enough players to gain Rockstar attention, but not by enough to do anything about it. So you will not be able to resolve the glitch by any in-game activity.
But don't despair, there is a solution – Contact the Rockstar support.
As we mentioned earlier, Rockstar are aware of the issue and they are resolving it through their customer support. Open a ticket on Rockstar's website explaining your issue, and they will kindly respond by adding 3 missing figures to your account and transferring 50.000$ as a reward.
As of January of 2022, the glitch is still unresolved
It might be very frustrating and unrewarding to have it transferred like this instead of collecting the 100th figure in-game yourself, especially after you've been running around San Andreas for hours.
However, it beats being stuck at 97 without any solution.
Will Rockstar fix the issue is an open question, but since this glitch has been around for about 2 years, we wouldn't keep our fingers crossed.
