Fortnite Chapter 6 Season 1 takes players to Japanese Shogunate era with new Hunters, Demons, and Samurai taking over the island. In a major collaboration with Disney, Epic Games has also introduced Marvel's Big Hero Six character Baymax and new original villains to Fortnite's current map, storyline, and battle pass.
Like every other season, the Epic's take on their battle royale storyline also brings in the new set of storyline quests called the Hunters quests. The first part of the Hunters storyline is now live, titled Kendo's Calling Questline. Here's a guide on how to complete all the quests in the new questline.
Kendo's Calling Quests Guide for Fortnite Chapter 6 Season 1
The Kendo's Calling questline has seven stages. The quests require players to visit and interact with all Samurai-themed content of the current season. Here are the quests players need to complete to finish the Kendo's Calling questline:
- Speak to Kendo about the invading demons
- You will find Kendo at the top right corner of the Nightshift Forest POI fighting an NPC Demon with Jade.
- Deal 350 damage to demons
- Deal 350 damage to the Demon fighting Kendo to complete the challenge.
- Place 3 Spirit Charms to learn about magic
- Place the Spirit Charms in the marked places on the map to complete the challenge.
- Collect 5 Residual Essence around Warrior’s Watch, Demon’s Dojo, or Shogun’s Solitude
- Eliminate Demons to collect 10 Fresh Essence
- Give Hope the collected Essence
- Hope is located at the southside building at Hopeful Heights next to Vengeance Jones.
- Investigate 3 locations to learn about the return of magic
By completing each stage of the Kendo's Calling questline, players can get 25,000 XP with a total of 175,000 XP for completing the full questline, which can help complete multiple tiers of the current battle pass. There are no cosmetics associated with the Kendo's Calling questline.
