This week in Pokemon GO, we're saying bye to September and looking forward to the arrival of cooler weather and the spookiest time of year.
This week we say goodbye to September and all the Pokemon GO events it brought. The Monday PokeCoin bundles will continue to be a weekly staple at the in-game store but we do need to say goodbye to the beautiful outfits brought on by the Fashion Week event.
Research Breakthrough encounters
Research Breakthrough encounters featuring Ditto will end on Friday, October 1 at 20:00 GMT. Ditto's Shiny counterpart will be available in the wild even after the encounter comes to an end.
Weekly PokeCoin bundles
Available every Monday in September: a one-time-purchase bundle in exchange for one (1) PokeCoin. The bundle contains a Remote Raid Pass and various other items.

Pokemon the Movie: Secrets of the Jungle tie-in event will kick off on Friday, October 1, 2021, at 10:00 a.m.
Features
- A limited-time Special Research story where you can help Professor Willow learn more about Zarude and earn an encounter with the Rogue Monkey Pokemon as a reward. The Research must be picked up during the event but you can finish it anytime.
- Expect encounters with Hoothoot, Combee, Drilbur, Cottonee, Dwebble, and more. The luckiest Trainers may encounter a Larvitar.
- Explorer Pikachu (and its Shiny version) are returning to the wild.
- Jessie and James are also back. Get a couple of snapshots and be on the lookout for a Meowth Balloon. They will be appearing until Friday, October 15, 2021, at 10:00 a.m. local time.
- PokeStops will be giving out Field Research tasks. Complete them to gain encounters with Audino, Rufflet (+ a Shiny Rufflet) and more.
- Style Shop will update its offer with some new free avatar items. These include the Adventure Hat and the Wailmer Water Bottle.
