Behaviour have used the Hag as an intriguing way to introduce a very new concept to Dead by Daylight, teleporting. The Hag plays around her teleports being triggered by the careless survivors running over them, giving her the chance to swiftly teleport and get into a chase.
These are the perks that make her Dead by Daylight's deadliest.
Perk Loadout
Sloppy Butcher
Basic attacks cause survivors to suffer from the bleeding and mangled status effects. The bleeding frequency of injured Survivors is increased by 100%, leaving bigger blood pools behind them. Sloppy Butcher increases the regression rate at which partial healing progression is lost because of Haemorrhage by 25%. Both status effects are removed once the survivor is fully healed.
Given that the Hag can easily get on top of survivors and get a free hit, Sloppy Butcher will be used to its full potential and leave the survivors mending and healing rather than repairing generators.
Corrupt Intervention
If the player has Corrupt Intervention the 3 Generators located farthest from the killer are blocked for 120 seconds right at the start of the trial.
The Hag does need some time to set up her teleports across the map so Corrupt Intervention would delay the generator progression as well as push the survivors closer to her, giving her the chance to get an early hook and pressure the survivors even more.
Hex: No One Escapes Death
Once the exit gates are powered, an available or uncleansed totem will become hexed. The killer is granted 4% movement speed and survivors are permanently exposed. Hex: No One Escapes Death remains inactive if no Dull Totems are available. Once the status effect is revealed to survivors, Hex: No One Escapes Death reveals the aura of the hexed totem to all survivors within 4 metres and gradually expands that range to 24 metres over the course of 30 seconds. All effects of the hex persist until its totem is cleansed or blessed.
If the Hag is to potentially lose all of the generators and get to end-game, Hex: No One Escapes Death will ensure that she finishes off everyone who got that far. Additionally, she can protect the hex with one of her teleports.
Deadlock
Whenever a generator is completed, The entity blocks the Generator with the most progression for 30 seconds. The blocked Generator is revealed to the killer in white during this time.
Deadlock lets the Hag know if she should reposition her teleports and if she is pressuring the right side of the map. Retaking map control is relatively easy for the Hag
Add-ons
The ideal add-ons for the Hag are Dragonfly Wings (Increased teleport range) and Cypress Necklet (Teleport setting time decreased)
