Rainbow Six Siege Wind Bastion ops leaked

Ubisoft have revealed Rainbow Six Siege Operation Wind Bastion operator teasers, but it seems various branches of the company messed up with communication so both Kaid and Nomad essentially got leaked. The former has an official reveal.

Rainbow Six Siege Fortress map revealed

Ubisoft have released a video previewing the new map, called Fortress, that will make its debut with the release of Operation Wind Bastion in Rainbow Six Siege. This one will be unique, as it will be heavily associated with an operator.

R6 Siege Operation Wind Bastion details

Ubisoft have offered a teaser for Operation Wind Bastion a few days back, but Rainbow Six Siege's upcoming content update has received the first details as well. Full reveal is still a week away, and will happen during Pro League Finals.

Rainbow Six Siege getting rid of some themes

Rainbow Six Siege will have less violence, blood, gambling and sexual content in some instances. According to Ubisoft, this update will happen globally, in order to ensure compliance as the game starts reaching into Asian markets.

Ubisoft are now teasing the next map that is coming to Rainbow Six Siege, which is set in Morocco but other than that, the details have been a bit scarce. Fans took the announcement as an opportunity to post censorship memes though.

Chinese fans hate R6: Siege visual changes

Ubisoft have certainly kicked the hornet's nest when they decided to alter Rainbow Six Siege's visuals in order to fit Chinese laws, as western and Chinese fans are in uproar. Their voice seems to be unified - they don't want the changes.

Rainbow Six Siege has had a rough start, but it has recuperated incredibly well, staying true to the tradition of Ubisoft games launching poorly and becoming better over time. It paid off, as the game has over 40 million players in total.

Rainbow Six Siege update brings many fixes

Ubisoft have released Y3S3.2 update for Rainbow Six Siege on PC, while console players should get it on 31 October 2018. The patch fixed a pile of issues, but there weren't many balance changes, despite the recent player complaints.

Ubisoft have announced a surprise sale on all Year One operators in Rainbow Six Siege. The sale reduces their cost by 40 per cent and will last for almost half a year. You read that right - the sale ends on 04 March 2019 for some reason.

Valkyrie is getting an Elite skin next week

Ubisoft have teased the upcoming Valkyrie skin on official Rainbow Six Siege Twitter, ahead of its release on 7 May 2018. The short video shows Valkyrie in a war torn city where she pops up with her favourite instrument - a camera.

Ubisoft have announced their war on toxicity on their developer blog, focusing on eradicating toxic behaviour from Rainbow Six: Siege. This includes several ways of dealing with toxicity, including incentives for positive attitude.
