Jump Force is getting a new character in the form of Yoruichi, the black cat. The latest recruit will be joining the game's roster in early 2021. Bandai Namco shared a gameplay trailer to announce the news.
Bandai Namco just showcased the first gameplay trailer for Yoruichi - the fourth addition to the game, courtesy of the game's Character Pass 2. The new character will be flash stepping onto the Jump Force roster as part of Character Pass 2 in early 2021.
The latest gameplay trailer showed the legendary Shinigami’s masterful Hakuda and Shunko techniques in action and you can check it out for yourself below.
Yoruichi is the former captain of the Second Division of the Gotei 13 and former Commander-in-Chief of the Onmitsukido. She is a Shunpo Master with the unique power to transform into a black cat at will, providing her with unrivalled agility and incredible speed.
Jump Force's Character Pass 2, in addition to Yoruichi, also features the currently available Shoto Todoroki, Meruem and Hiei, and the as of yet unannounced character from JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure.
Those who decide to purchase the Jump Force Character Pass 2 ($17.99) will be granted instant access to Todoroki, Meruem and Hiei. The pass will also provide its owners with early access privileges to Yoruichi and the fifth DLC character as they release. Each character is also available separately for $3.99.
Bandai Namco's Jump Force is now available for PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC (via Steam ). The game's Deluxe Edition is also currently available on Nintendo Switch.
