Another incarnation of Goku is coming to Dragon Ball FighterZ later this year and this one confused the fans on whether they like it or not. The first official showing should happen on 8 February 2020 but it appears that the current rumours have been confirmed.
Dragon Ball FighterZ was a major success at launch but the hype for the game quickly died down and now it's prowling under the surface while other games are bathing in the spotlight. Still, Arc System Works are not stopping with continuous support and a new character is joining the fray at some point in 2020.
Ultra Instinct Goku has fans divided on whether they want to see him in the game or not. By divided, we don't mean two groups of fans with different opinions but rather that it causes confusion on what the players want to see next. On one hand, pretty much everyone is tired of new versions of Goku and at this point, the game could be called Goku FighterZ & Friends. On the other hand, everyone loves Ultra Instinct Goku and want to play him.
Whatever one's opinion on the matter might be, the latest incarnation of Goku is coming to FighterZ and everyone will most likely find some fun time with the addition.
According to the original source, via weekly V-Jump, UI Goku will be shown during the World Tour Finals which will be on during 8 and 9 February 2020 in Paris.
Considering the most recent season pass has concluded, this could mean a whole new one is coming along. Then again, due to the age of the game, it's not certain so this Goku could prove to be the grand finale for the new character introductions.
His strongest rival to date, and the reason why Goku reached this level of power, Jiren, was added almost a year ago, so it was high time we saw the ridiculously fast version of the Saiyan as well.
