League of Legends patch 10.10 will most likely include a new set of the Pulsefire skins. Even though the design is absolutely top-notch, many players think that the skins are too similar to some existing ones.
League of Legends skins are surely one of the most popular features in the game and even though they don't have any impact on your overall stats, using a new skin on your main champion certainly feels very refreshing.
Since the release of Pulsefire Ezreal, the Pulsfire skin line has always been one of the most popular ones in the game. Riot recently revealed that Pantheon, Fiora, Ekko, and Lucian will all become a part of this dystopian skin theme, most likely in the next patch 10.10.
While the design looks gorgeous, to say the least, many League of Legends players have voiced their opinions on reddit claiming that there are already too many "technology-themed" skins in the game, mentioning the Mecha, Project, and Arcade skin lines.
They're also stating that even if there are different skin lines with a similar theme, a single champion shouldn't have more than one of those types. Three out of the four previously mentioned champions already have a Project skin.
Another thread is specifically targeting the Pulsefire Fiora skin saying that it looks more like a chroma for the Project skin, rather than a brand new design for Fiora.
To be fair, there are also players who seem to really like the new additions. They claim that no one is forcing you to buy anything and if a champion has more than one "futuristic" skin, you can simply choose the one you like the most.
Like them or not, we won't have to wait much longer for the new skins since patch 10.10 is scheduled to be released on 13 May.
