Two new classes have joined the Grey Knights who are on their way to spank a Primarch once again.
Grey Knights are among the most powerful and specialised units in Imperium but even they need extra firepower from time to time.
This is what the Duty Eternal DLC for Warhammer 40,000: Chaos Gate - Daemonhunters revolves around - firepower provided by a Dreadnaught who may be supported by a Techmarine.
Complex Games launched the DLC on December 6, 2022, and it brings even more than the two new classes.
A second Voidship can now be commandeered by the Grey Knights so whenever the Baleful Edict can't reach a mission in time, the second vessel can jump in so you reap the extra rewards and the units gain experience that would otherwise be lost.
The second ship's missions will be resolved automatically, which brings additional risks without the Commander's watchful eye to guide them.
Meanwhile, the Dreadnaught and the Techmarine are powerful but have their own caveats. The walker machine can only be deployed on one type of mission that is added with the DLC so all the missions you are used to by now, you will have to play with regular units and the fixer class that's been just added.
Speaking of, the Techmarine will allow you to bring three combat servitors on the field but they are very squishy, despite being supported by the tech-savy Astartes. If one of them dies, the bonus deed that requires you not to take casualties will fail so be careful when you bring the Techmarine for a run.
Duty Eternal will set you back $14.99/£12.99/€14.99.
