After so much time of radio silence regarding Victoria 3, and its subsequent announcement, leaked gameplay is what we've all been waiting for. And now, some more it has surfaced.
Only recently, a beta tester has leaked some Victoria 3 gameplay, which Paradox have immediately taken down, with their various subreddits taking a hard stance on such leaks, equating them to piracy.
The deed is done, however, and there is no stopping the internet from spreading the tales of what the game looks like. However, despite Paradox taking a hard stance on this matter, the game looks well made, with the gameplay being smooth, and the only issues being that it requires some polish, balancing out the various factions, and resolving issues that cause the game to crash.
And, though these sound like some large problems, we have to bear in mind that Victoria 3 does not even have a release date ready yet.
The gameplay shows that the core mechanics of the game, such as pops, diplomacy, war, and ruling your country, work as intended, which sounds incredibly promising.
Additionally, the game itself looks stunning, with visuals of various countrysides giving players the feeling of living among the pops they are ruling over, and understanding their day-to-day lives.
All in all, while we were stoked about Victoria 3 before, these latest leaks have only fanned the flames even further, and if they are any indication of what the game is going to look like, then the developers have nothing to fear, for they have done their job splendidly.
