Swedish studio Fatshark has released what should be the last trailer leading up to the launch of Warhammer: Vermintide 2, which is slated for 08 March 2017. Yeah, International Women's Day, how offensive is that?
Just kidding though, we're sure Warhammer: Vermintide 2 will attract both genders, and besides - with the game's launch being just behind the corner, we have more important stuff to tend to. The trailer, as you can see, gives players a glimpse into what they can expect from the game.
The new Warhammer: Vermintide 2 trailer shows some seriously realistic looking fighting, where enemies are thrown about like rag dolls when using heavy weaponry. The blood effects and camera shake make for added realism as well, but spell casting seems to be stuff wet dreams are made of. Realism and ratmen.

You may notice that the trailer's first seconds feature a flash of the Chaos Spawn, a tentacled beast that supposedly replaces Rat Ogre as the largest baddie in Vermintide 2. Of course, judging by the trailer, you won't be lacking hacking and slashing material in Vermintide 2.
The game, as you may recall, is a co-op multiplayer, where players will join forces to battle the hordes of the Chaos army and the Skaven rat people across the game world. Warhammer: Vermintide 2 players will have access to 5 heroes and 15 careers, with various talent trees, customizations and more.

Fatshark also implemented the so called "Heroic Deeds System", which are "consumable quests with unexpected challenges". The devs say that these quests will force you out of your comfort zone, by changing the settings, enemies, allowed weapons or just by being plain weird.
The game is slated for launch on 08 March 2018 for PC, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One.
