Riot Games is set to release a new Kitana melee weapon for the popular tactical shooter game, Valorant, with the latest 7.01 patch. Despite being a free-to-play game, Valorant offers a range of appealing skins and cosmetic items to enhance the player experience.
The game has consistently introduced new weapon cosmetics and skin bundles with each update, with the most recent being the Neo Frontier collection in the 7.00 patch. It seems that Riot Games has plans to continue releasing more cosmetic items in upcoming patches.
To commemorate the official release of Valorant in China on July 12, 2023, Riot Games will unveil a new Ignite Capsule that includes two exclusive Kitana melee weapons named "Leque Flamejante" and "Alaz Yelpaze."
Initially intended for the Chinese market, recent leaks have revealed that these Kitana melees will be available on all servers, making it a dream come true for many players.
The Ignite Capsule Kitana melees have been showcased and they are truly impressive. There are two variants of the melee weapon: a red and golden version called "Leque Flamejante" and a violet version called "Alaz Yelpaze." Both melees share the same features, differing only in their color combinations.
As for the price of the Ignite Capsule and the Kitana melees, they are categorized as Exclusive Edition skins. Previous Exclusive melee skins have ranged in price from 4350 VP to 5350 VP. However, it's important to note that prices may vary.
Players can look forward to the release of the Ignite Capsule and Kitana melees alongside the 7.01 patch, scheduled for July 12, 2023.
