Digital Extremes announced more details about TennoCon 2020, which will shift to digital form due to Covid-19 concerns. Warframe fans will get several options to enjoy it and support two different charities to boot.

Coronavirus is mostly not stopping the developers from having conventions but they did have to switch from physical to digital versions. Then again, given the fans' favourite hobby, that may not be such a bad thing after all.

TennoCon 2020 may be another event that proves this to be true as Digital Extremes announced details about another edition of their annual convention which will now be included in the Summer Game Fest.

There will be three digital tickets to choose from:

  • The Digital Pack ($24.99) will grant players exclusive in-game items, cosmetics and Baro's Relay
  • The Merch Pack ($34.99) will include a commemorative T-shirt and a pin
  • TennoCon Bundle ($54.99) is a combination of the other two bundles

A portion of the proceeds will go to two different charities - Autism Ontario London and Alzheimer Society London and Middlesex (ASLM).

Digital Extremes planned to expand digital programming in 2020 already in order to bring the event to more people all around the world so Covid-19 didn't do much damage on that front. TennoCon content will be broadcast live via Twitch, Mixer, YouTube and Facebook Live.
