Smite is getting a crossover with one of the most popular shows to grace the CRT screens in the '90s as four turtles are joining the battle with deities in the form of cosmetics.

Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles are coming to Smite through the next battle pass. Players who get it will immediately unlock the Leonardo skin, which can be used on Osiris. Considering this particular character's dual-wielding nature, it was only fitting the dual-katana turtle would be a cosmetic for him.

The theme follows through with the other turtles as well since they are skins for Smite characters with similar weapons. For example, Sun Wukong will be the host for Donatello skin, a bo user.

Raphael will be applied to Loki, who tends to sneak around with two daggers so the dual sai will be a good fit on him. The only turtle whose weaponry doesn't match that of a host Smite character is Michelangelo, who will be applied to Mercury.

Then again, Mercury had some wild skins already, like the one where he looks exactly like Bruce Lee so it's clear that model swapping is not an issue for the devs.

If you are a TMNT fan and looking for even more related skins, you will probably be glad to hear that Shredder and Master Splinter will also be available in the future, through an in-game event.

While the event's launch time is currently unknown, the battle pass with the four turtles will go live in November 2020.
