There's still a bit more than two months to go until we've seen Deacon St. John and although we've no shortage of English trailers for SIE Bend's zombie survival shooter, we thought some might like to see the Japanese versions as well.

To be fair though, the second trailer is only 30 seconds long, so we're probably talking about a trailer and a teaser, but either way - you'll see a lot of Deacon.

As far as Days Gone goes, however, we can't say there's much left uncovered, at least in terms of game mechanics and the general  freakin playing field.

"At its core, Days Gone is about survivors and what makes them human: desperation, loss, madness, betrayal, friendship, brotherhood, regret, love—and hope. It's about how, even when confronted with such enormous tragedy, hope never dies", Sony says about their game.

Of course, before you get to the reflecting part, where you're likely to agree with Sony's narrative above, there's much to do in the gorgeous high-desert of the Pacific Northwest.

After all, the pandemic that almost wiped out the human race and turned most of them into zombies, pardon freakers, has left plenty to do for everyone, and these aren't your ghoulish, slow-moving zombies of old.

Being reluctant to form any relationships in the existing encampments, Deacon sticks with his trusted steed and lives on the road. Seeing as how the bike is his main means of transportation across the world of Days Gone, players will be able to upgrade its speed, durability and manoeuvrability.

Sony recently rolled out the trailer Sarah and Deacon's wedding, exploring the other side of the protagonist's life, the one in the days now gone. We can't really say it was awesome Valentine's material but we see where the dev was going with it.

If you're interested in learning more on Days Gone, you can check out the trailer that looks at the game's various zombie types and their behaviour in the wild.

SIE Bend's zombie survival Days Gone is, of course, a PlayStation 4 exclusive and it launches on 26 April 2019.
