Saints Row was not well received but the game will still get several DLC drops as there are people who purchased the Expansion Pass.

Volition 's rough years continued with the flop that was Saints Row but that doesn't mean the game will get instantly abandoned.

The developers posted a roadmap that outlines what the players can expect in 2023 and it appears that most of the action will happen in the span of four months, from April to August 2023.

Content drops will include free updates alongside the paid DLC, which is part of the Expansion Pass.

Kicking things off in April will be the free Dead Island 2 crossover which just translates to cosmetic items to bring a bit of variety to the existing selection.

May 2023 will see the first paid DLC drop with The Heist and the Hazardous, which includes new story missions, events, cosmetics and more. Meanwhile, a new district, combat overhaul and photo mode will be a part of the free update.

In July, players with Expansion Pass will gain access to Doc Ketchum's Murder Circus solo mode addition while the free update will have new features, improvements and other changes, none of which was elaborated on.

August will bring the last paid expansion pack with more story missions, events and cosmetics while the free update will contain one more district, additional features and more.
