Publisher Focus Entertainment and developer Asobo Studio have unveiled details on Resonance: A Plague Tale Legacy Collector’s Box. Fans of the critically praised series now have something to look forward to should they wish to pick up a physical copy of the upcoming prequel game.
Those in Europe can now pre-order the limited collector’s edition ahead of the title releasing this August.While the collector’s box does not contain a copy of the game itself, it does feature a variety of exclusive merchandise based on characters and lore found within the game’s story.
Additional regions will be able to pre-order the Collector’s Box in the months ahead.Resonance: A Plague Tale Legacy will launch later this summer, and for fans wanting some premium merchandise to accompany the prequel, the Collector’s Box will do just that.
Showcasing the bond between the two lead characters, Sophia and Theseus share a connection to an ancient curse that fuels the games narrative. Sophia is a young raider looking to uncover the secrets of her history on Island of the Minotaur. Theseus, a Minoan warrior, fights to survive the magical plague infecting his island.

The Collector’s Box is now available for pre-order to European fans, who should expect to start receiving them in late October. Focus Entertainment also announced that pre-orders will open up for North America and Asia, as more details will be announced on Neamedia’s official storefront.
Resonance: A Plague Tale Legacy is set to launch on August 27, 2026 for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC via Steam and Epic Games Store. The title will also launch day one on Xbox Game Pass and will be Xbox Play Anywhere, letting players play on both Xbox and PC while retaining their saves.
