Housemarque and Sony have released a new trailer for the upcoming PlayStation 5 exclusive Returnal. The new trailer showcases plenty of action-packed sequences and various enemies.
A brand new PlayStation 5 exclusive Returnal, which was originally announced at the PlayStation 5 show last year has a brand new trailer, which mainly focuses on some action-packed scenes with various enemy types.
The developer, Housemarque, who you may know for their arcade adventures like Dead Nation and Resogun, and the publisher Sony have shared the trailer on Twitter, confirming the game's March 2021 release date, too. You can check out the video below:
As you can see, that's a lot of enemies to shoot but we're also intrigued by the interesting locations that the devs have showcased in the video. The gameplay also looks unique in a certain way but we should wait for the official release before making any conclusions about Returnal. Trailers are one thing, the actual game is something completely different, as we learned so many times before.
Returnal is officially hitting the shelves on March 19, 2021, for PlayStation 5. At the moment, there are no details about the release on other platforms like PC and Xbox Series X|S. The game is developed as a PlayStation 5 exclusive but of course, it's possible that Sony port it to PC in a couple of years.
