Obsidian's RPG The Outer Worlds is set to receive another expansion named Murder on Eridanos. It's coming a bit sooner than you might expect - by the end of March 2021.
It looks like a small part of Obsidian Entertainment studio have worked on another The Outer Worlds DLC over the last couple of months. The new DLC, which is named Murder on Eridanos is launching very soon according to Take-Two who revealed some details during their latest earnings report.
The company notes that they expect the DLC to launch sometime in this fiscal year. As you may know, this fiscal year ends on March 31, 2021, which means Murder on Eridanos DLC should be coming next month.
Additionally, Take-Two's report also states that the DLC is set to launch on Nintendo Switch but don't expect it to release at the same time as on PC, PlayStation and Xbox. It should be coming sometime by the end of 2021.
Obsidian Entertainment previously released Peril on Gorgon DLC, which is the first half of the two-part expansion pass that should also include Murder on Eridanos. Since Peril on Gorgon introduced a lot of new content as well as increased the level cap, you can expect the same from the upcoming DLC.
Obsidian Entertainment are yet to officially announce the DLC but now that Take-Two have pretty much confirmed it, the announcement could be coming very soon, especially since the DLC is launching in just over a month.
