It just so happens that Warner Bros' Twitter feed has been completely dormant ever since Batgirl DLC landed for the excellent Batman: Arkham Knight, which was way back in 2015.
With four years having passed since Rocksteady's yet another awesome take at the Batman franchise, and three years since his last movie appearance with Superman, the time is ripe for Bats to wreak some havoc once more.
Warner Bros' featured Batman's logo projected on a building, so nothing fancy. However, and this seems to be everyone's favourite teasing method, somewhere in the middle it flashes with a peculiar logo, which comic book fans will instantly recognise as that of the Court of Owls.
The latest Batman teaser, though, does away with cryptic flash-teasers and shows the Court of Owls logo outright, so by now it's pretty clear that the next Bat-game will be heavily featuring Gotham's mystical organisation.
Granted, the Court of Owl's logo morphs into some sort of demonic logo, which, if we had to guess, suggests some sort of evolution of the society. Of course, treat that as a wild guess as we're not exactly sure what the company is trying to say with it.
Having debuted in DC's comics back in 2011, Court of Owls secret society has been a mainstay in the Bat-verse and eagle-eyed players could've actually caught glimpses of the organisation in Batman: Arkham Knight. If you are just playing through the game, no worries, it's nothing major and we won't be spoiling it since you can find out for yourself via a simple Google search.
