Rumour has it that a new Batman game, which should be revealed soon, might borrow the Nemesis system from Middle Earth: Shadow of War and Shadow of Mordor games.

A new Batman game has been subject of many rumours over the past several months but it looks like the reveal is finally set to happen at the upcoming DCFanDome event in August 2020. A recent report from Bloomberg's Jason Schreier also confirmed these rumours so it's safe to say that the wait is almost over for Batman fans.

And while we wait for the reveal, there are a couple of big details that have leaked over on Twitter. As you can see in the tweet below, Twitter user TheComixKid has revealed that the new Batman game could use the Nemesis system from Middle Earth games - Shadow of War and Shadow of Mordor. Apparently, there are multiple factions in the Nemesis system that will also include Gotham City Police Department (GCPD).

On top of this, the leaker confirms that the whole Bat-family will be playable but we already knew this from earlier rumours and leaks. Once again, as expected, the Court of Owls will be the main antagonist in the game and there might be a connection to other titles, but the leaker did not clarify this further.

All in all, that's a lot of interesting details but as always with rumours and leaks, a dose of scepticism is required until we get the official confirmation from WB Games. Luckily, we won't have to wait for too long.
