New Batman game will reportedly be announced in August, release set for late 2020

WB Games' highly-anticipated Batman title could be announced at the upcoming DC FanDome digital-only event in August, while the release window is set for November 2020, according to latest reports.

Fans of the Batman Arkham franchise have been craving for more games over the last several years but WB Games Montreal and Rocksteady, the devs behind these titles are yet to officially announce their next project.

Last year WB Games Montreal started posting mysterious logos over on Twitter, teasing some sort of reveal. Sadly, the teasing stopped in January when they shared the latest artwork, revealing some sort of a logo , probably related to the next game. 

Fortunately, it looks like we will not be waiting for too long for the official reveal of a new Batman game. According to the latest report from The GWW , DC plan to host a free, digital-only event on August 22, 2020, where they will be offering plenty of highly anticipated announcements and exclusive footage from films, TV series, video games, and comics.

The report does not specifically state that Batman will be revealed at the event but Batman/DC YouTuber named kNIGHTWING01, who claims to have sources within WB Games and gaming industry says that he's been hearing about the reveal in August 2020 via a YouTube type reveal.
