NetherRealm Studios and WarnerBros. have released the official launch trailer for their upcoming fighter Mortal Kombat 11. The trailer features a ton of action and blood as expected and it's followed by a remix of the Techno Syndrome.

The publisher WarnerBros. and the devs NetherRealm Studios have shared the last bit of their pre-release hype material for Mortal Kombat 11. One of the most anticipated games of the year is almost upon us now and judging by the latest launch trailer, it's coming in style.

Not only that the trailer is packed with action and brutal moves like you would expect from a Mortal Kombat 11 trailer, but it also features a remix of the iconic Techno Syndrome song, which has been Mortal Kombat 11's signature tune ever since the first movie was released in 1995. According to NetherRealm and WarnerBros. the remix was created by European DJs Dimitri Vegas and 2WEI.

As for the footage in the trailer, it features Kronika, the Keeper of Time as she signals for the beginning of the new era by rewinding time to its beginning - restarting history and bringing all sorts of troubles.

Judging by the shots, players will use numerous fighters from different eras. There are two versions of Johnny Cage, Raiden is also seen with his blue energy rather than red and Scorpion and Sub Zero are walking around like best buddies despite being the fiercest rivals. The announcement states that current characters will collide with their past selves in the "ultimate generational clash".

As you may know, Mortal Kombat 11 will feature 25 characters on the launch, including Shao Khan who comes as a pre-order bonus. The eleventh instalment in the franchise will also introduce four new fighters- Cetrion, The Kollector, Geras and Kronika. You can check the full roster .
