Warcraft III Reforged team has been silent for a long while now but it appears they might have something for the fans soon.

Mike Ybarra recently engaged with the community via socials and talked with the fans about various topics, including WoW, Valorant and more. Some of the community members seemed to have been interested in other things, like Warcraft III: Reforged, the game that was released in a shoddy state back in 2020 and was never truly fixed.

Besides the horrifying state of the bugs in W3: Reforged, the new forced systems also meant the owners of the classic version of the game could no longer use online features and overall just destroyed the fans' experience.

Some fixes came after release but the team went dark soon after, without ever providing a proper fix. Now, according to Ybarra, they are finally ready to reveal something in June 2022. He didn't reveal anything other than stating that there will be news from the team during the month.

Considering the huge amount of time between the release and today, some were a bit skeptic about the news and asked whether Ybarra meant June of this year. Since we're in the last day of May 2022, at least we won't need to wait too long to figure out which year he meant.

It still remains to be seen what kind of news this will include and to which extent the team might fix the damage that was done by Reforged.
