Capcom have revealed that they will be sharing more news about their upcoming expansion Monster Hunter Rise: Sunbreak in Spring 2022.
Players have been waiting to hear more about Monster Hunter Rise's first big expansion which is officially titled Sunbreak, for quite a while and it seems that the wait will be over in a couple of months.
The publisher Capcom have tweeted that they plan to share more news regarding Sunbreak expansion in Spring 2022. For some who expected to hear about Sunbreak much sooner, this may come as a disappointment but still given that games and updates still get delayed on a regular basis, we would say the wait is not that long.
Capcom did not reveal what exactly they plan to reveal in Spring 2022 but we assume they plan to kick off the marketing campaign for the expansion with regular news, gameplay reveals and deep dives into everything that will be coming to Monster Hunter Rise with the new Sunbreak expansion.
"Hunters, we know you’re itching for more Sunbreak news… Stay tuned… Spring 2022," Capcom tweeted.
Monster Hunter Rise: Sunbreak expansion is scheduled to release sometime during Summer 2022 for PC via Steam and Nintendo Switch.
The expansion is expected to introduce new monsters, locations, weapons and a bunch of other features. It will be the first major expansion for Monster Hunter Rise.
