An esports organization Cloud9 have officially announced that they have signed one of the first all-female Valorant teams in the esports community, called Cloud9 White.

A major girl power boosts the Cloud9 organization in what is announced as a first-ever all-female roster signing in a Cloud9 organization's history.

The Cloud9 have officially welcomed an all-women Valorant team to the family and revealed that AT&T will be backing up the girls as the official partner:

"Cloud9 is thrilled to announce today the signing of the MAJKL VALORANT roster. Please join us in welcoming Alexis Guarrasi, Annie Roberts, Jasmine Manankil, Katsumi, and Melanie Capone to Cloud9! Moving forward, this roster will compete for the organization as Cloud9 White while our existing VALORANT roster will compete as Cloud9 Blue. We’re also happy to reveal that AT&T has come on board as Cloud9 White’s official presenting partner. We are all ecstatic to be welcoming the first all-women’s roster in the organization’s history, and we look forward to seeing what all members of C9 VALORANT can achieve in the competition!"

The esports team previously known as MAJKL VALORANT was formed in June, and girls wasted no time in making their names known in the Riot Games' FPS Valorant competitive scene, as they came up with an impressive 5th-8th-place finish out of 16 teams at the Counter Logic Gaming - Blitz Open Cup, which was their first tournament.

Just three months later, the roster firmly cemented their presence in the Valorant community, going home with a $25.000 prize after winning 1st place at the FTW Summer Showdown tournament, which is part of the Valorant Ignition Series.

We won’t have to wait long to see the newest Valorant squad in action. Both Cloud9 White and Cloud9 Blue will be competing against the best VALORANT talent in the world for placements in Riot’s First Strike tournament starting on October 26.
