League of Legends patch 10.19 balance targets list has been revealed and there are some interesting changes. This patch will be featured on the Worlds stage this year and we have some interesting changes.
League of Legends' lead gameplay designer, Mark Yetter, took to Twitter to reveal some new balance targets for the upcoming 10.19 patch. The specific changes aren't out yet, but we have a brief overview of what the new patch might be bringing to the rift.
Champions that will receive buffs this patch include:
- Ahri
- Sivir
- Vayne
- Aphelios
- Sylas
- Ivern
- Udyr
- Irelia
Despite the initial buffs, Ahri's win rate has dropped over the last patch which was probably caused due to a higher play rate and the small cooldown increase on her Fox-Fire (W).
After being gutted through the last couple of patches, Aphelios could finally see the light of the day on patch 10.19. Riot will probably go safe on this one since no one, apart from all the Aphelios mains, wants the "200 years" memes to come back.
Irelia has seen some competitive play through the ongoing playoff matches in some regions and depending on how big it is, this buffs could push her even further in draft priority.
The list of champions that will receive nerfs this patch is as follows:
- Azir
- Caitlyn
- Twisted Fate
- Senna (ADC)
- Nunu
- Talon
Champions like Azir who provide a safe laning phase and strong late-game carry potential are always a go-to pick in the World Championship, especially for the weaker side of a match-up. There are hardly any fans who want to see a farming competition in the mid lane on the biggest stage League of Legends has to offer.
The patch won't include any Yone nerfs since he will be disabled for the World Championship, but we could expect some changes in the following patches.
