League of Legends patch 11.2 will bring some very interesting changes to popular champions like Darius, Akali and LeBlanc. There will also be some adjustments to a couple of underpowered items.
After revealing the main goals for the future League of Legends patches, Riot Games' lead gameplay designer Mark Yetter has now tweeted the balance targets for the upcoming patch 11.2.
According to the tweet, these champions will see some buffs in the next patch:
- Dr. Mundo
- Trundle
- Shaco
- Nocturne
- LeBlanc
- Caitlyn
- Varus
- Senna
- Soraka
As mentioned in their previous tweet, the buff list will include champions that couldn't really find their place in the meta after all the preseason changes.
The list of champions that will receive nerfs this patch is as follows:
- Aatrox
- Darius
- Olaf
- Nunu
- Maokai (support)
- Akali
Darius has been a top priority pick for the last couple of patches and it seems like Riot finally decided to give him some nerfs. Their previous attempt to weaken this lane bully included increasing the mana cost on some of his abilities.
The following items will get buffed:
- Turbo Chemtank
- Frostfire Gauntlet
- Gargoyle Stoneplate
- Essence Reaver
These three items will get nerfed:
- Hextech Rocketbelt
- Galeforce
- Imperial Mandate
There will also be some slight adjustments for a couple of items that could turn out to be a buff or a nerf, depending on the given situation in the game:
- Sunfire Aegis
- Phantom Dancer
- Runaan's Hurricane
- Umbral Glaive
- Serpent's Fang
- Chempunk Chainsword
- Shreliya's Reveri
