Cloud 9 offered a statement about the situation with Nick "LS" De Cesare but the fans didn't like the initial response, although it's clear there is a lot more that needs to surface for context.

After the abrupt termination of Nick "LS" De Cesare, Cloud 9 formed a video response for the fans where Jack Etienne attempted to offer more context on the situation but didn't really manage to get anything good out of it.

Along with the new head coach, Max Waldo, as well as a Blaber and Summit from the main roster, Etienne explained that LS wasn't going to adapt to the existing system in C9 and the organisation wasn't going to change it to suit the coach. With the unstoppable force and immovable object in the path, there was only one way to resolve the impossible situation - by ending the contract.

This is the side of the story that was provided by C9 so far and LS stated he would reveal a few details himself, although he won't be able to tell certain things since lawyers are handling the end of the contract at the moment.

Meanwhile, C9's video wasn't well-received as the like to dislike ratio is pretty bad on YouTube and any forum discussion you come upon will probably have negative things to say about C9. The reason is simple - onlookers see this is an issue that could have been avoided if the organisation was willing to embrace change on the way to improving.

That said, keep in mind we still know very little since both sides have their hands tied by the lawyers and until they are done with the dispute, neither LS nor C9 can share the full story.
