Immediately after T1 took its exciting win over BLG at League of Legends Worlds 2024, many fans are dying to find out which champions will receive this year's T1 Worlds skins.
Such has been a League of Legends tradition, making Worlds skins for each player of the winning team onto a champion they chose or did great on during said tournament.
To qualify for a Worlds skin, a player needs to meet one of three criteria: play in at least two play-in games with development-impacted organizations, two group-stage games impacting team progression, or one knockout game (quarterfinals, semifinals, or finals). Under these Riot Games' regulations, T1 Rekkles will not be getting a Worlds skin this year, because he didn't play a single game with the team.
T1 Worlds 2024 skins
T1 players said during the post-finals press conference that a number of skin options which could have been chosen for them were:
- Zeus Top - Probably thinking about Gragas, Camille, Gnar or Ornn. Those are basically his best champions.
- Oner (Jungle): Leaning more towards Vi or Xin Zhao.
- Faker said about his choice for the T1 Worlds skin: "I leave the choice to fans." As the last time as well, he left the vote to his fans.
- Gumayusi: Thinking between Jhin or Varus. Also, Miss Fortune could come into consideration.
- Keria: We don't know what was going through his mind when he picked Pyke, because the champion is very weak and not meta at all. However, we think that Pyke might get the Worlds skin. Also, Renata Glasc is a big favourite too.
Although most of the T1 players have not confirmed their picks, the community is really hyped with a Zeus Ornn skin or a Prestige Galio for Faker. Jhin could get picked by Gumayusi and have another T1 skin, while Varus will be the more popular choice among his fans.
As for Keria, with Lux still remaining unclaimed, Renata or Pyke will probably make it to the final cut.
