When players ask Riot Games to do something about the state of their game, they don't seem to hear. Will they do the same when a famous streamer gets affected, though? It seems the answer is "no".

We all know that League of Legends streamers, and streamers in general, attain infamy hand in hand with fame, and get allies that troll their games due to hate. However, sometimes their outbursts help the community as they force Riot Games to fix things as quickly as possible.

One such example is the recent remake bug that Tyler1 experienced in his game, which made his team lose through no fault of their own.

On a Reddit post, a Rioter responded that they are looking into the problem to fix it, after all, there was no reason his team couldn't remake with one member not even connecting.

And now, the changes have been revealed. this is one of the few League of Legends changes that benefits players no matter their elo:

  • Start Time reduced from 3:00 to 1:30
  • Remake window length increased from 30 seconds to 90 seconds

These changes will impact the game in two different ways. The first change, which make the remake timer start at 1:30 is aimed at the time jungle camps spawn, and the game begins in earnest. This way, players will know earlier if they have a chance to remake and will not int a game for no reason.

The other is the increased timer. With it, the remake window is lengthened and there is a far smaller chance of a team not starting a remake vote in time.
