The second patch of League of Legends season 12 will be more comprehensive than the entire preseason combined. With the hotfix or Chemtech drake removal added into the mix, changes are game-breaking.
Starting off with some buffs, we have two high mobility champions, Quinn and Lillia. Of the two, Quinn is more deserving of a buff, with her top-lane marksman roaming role being overtaken by other champions, such as Akshan, who have more success at it than her.
Lillia, on the other hand, may not be as dominating as she once was in the jungle, and that is all that Riot needs to have champion buffed, apparently.
Of the champion nerfs, Riot are really going all out with this patch. the nerfs include nine champions, among whom is the newest League of Legends champion, Zeri. It seems a bit early for her nerf, though if it will be focused on nerfing unintended reactions that have remained in her design, then all the better.
Speaking of bot-lane, we have quite a number of support picks being nerfed. First of all is Senna, whose nerf is more than deserved. She has recently been dominating the game with her tank build, gaining an advantage where there is none.
Janna's interaction with glacial is being nerfed, as well as Pyke overall. While Riot say the Pyke nerf is aimed at mid-lane, we all know that the support is where the changes will be felt the most.
