Ultra Rapid Fire (U.R.F.) is a Featured Game Mode played in League of Legends where all champions are able to use their abilities and spells very frequently and without costs, accelerating the pace of the match. It's also a player favorite, though Riot Games make sure not to make it available too often.
This year, it's being brought back with the return of the Spirit Blossom skin line, in patch 12.19, and with it some buffs to champions have arrived to prepare them for it.
In this case, we have Garen, whose crit ratio on his E ability has been buffed, which is more useful in URF than you might think at first glance.

Garen is, along with Tryndamere, called a spin-to-win champion, and in URF this goes on to an even bigger extreme.
With the cooldown of abilities lowered, and Garen's E being an ability that last for a duration,with the proper build it's possible to have Garen spin in his E indefinitely.
