League of Legends patch 11.4 will bring some very interesting changes to many champions and items. With the nerfs to Kai'Sa and Samira, we could see a rebalance in the AD carry meta.
Riot Games' lead gameplay designer Mark Yetter has tweeted the balance targets for the upcoming patch 11.4. According to the new tweet, these champions will see some nerfs in the next patch:
- Samira
- Kai'Sa
- Skarner
- Renekton
- Camille
The list of champions that will receive buffs this patch is as follows:
- Caitlyn
- Fiora
- Soraka
- Varus
- Braum
- Jinx
- Veigar
- Talon
- Lee Sin
- Tryndamere
- Amumu
Riot Games
The following items will get buffed:
- Everfrost
- Cosmic Drive
- Guinsoo's Rageblade
- Chempunk Chainsword
- Mortal Reminder
- Morellonomicon
Jungle is by far the most impactful role in the game right now. That's why Riot decided to go for these camp changes:
- Gromp:
- Base XP will get decreased from 135-182 to 125-168
- Gold will get lowered from 105 to 95
- Base HP is going up from 1650 to 1750
- Large Krug:
- Base XP will get lowred from 37-50 to 27-36
- Gold will go down from 42 to 32
- Small Krug:
- Base XP will go down from 18-24 to 16-22
- Gold will get changed from 12-10
- Razorbeak
- Base HP will get increased from 800 to 900
- Base XP will get lowered from 45-60 to 35-47
- Gold will go down from 45 to 35
